The Overland Jacket is our longest jacket, keeping you dry to below the knees on those extra rainy days. Whether you're braving the elements walking your dog, running errands, or simply commuting this trench style jacket has you covered. Being waterproof, windproof, breathable, and with an adjustable elasticised waist it's quickly becoming a best seller.

Waterproof

Waterproof 🌧️  Designed to keep you dry no matter the weather. Not just showerproof, but actually waterproof. And yes, we're talking about standing in the pouring rain all day kind of waterproof. Our fabric is laminated and treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellant) spray to ensure the water beads straight off you. In technical terms; it's 10,000mm rated

Breathable 😅  It's not one of those 'keep you dry, but make you sweat' kind of jackets. We specifically made our fabrics so they'll be both waterproof and breathable. Rated 4,000g breathable

Windproof 🌬️  All seams are taped to ensure no wind (or rain) can get through, keeping you warm and dry

Sizing
XS = 8, S = 10, M = 12, L = 14, XL = 16, 2XL = 18, 3XL = 20, 4XL = 22 (AU)
Bedi wears 2XL, she is 180cm, with 120cm bust, 99cm waist and 132cm hips.
Mara wears S, she is 164cm, with 84cm bust, 78cm waist and 95cm hips.
Sabina wears M, she is 173cm, with 95cm bust, 76cm waist and 110cm hips.

Sustainability

Fabric ♻️  High quality, durable and comfortable; made from 100% recycled polyester. Our fabric is made from recycled PET bottles that are GRS certified (Global Recycled Standard); a third party certification ensuring they are post-consumer, with over 31 bottles recycled per jacket

Factories 🧵 We craft our fabric in Taiwan and our garments in Xiamen, China by a BSCI certified factory; ensuring safe and healthy working conditions and fair wages

Packaging 📦 Plastic free of course. We send our orders either in a recyclable cardboard box or in a home-compostable  bag. With your order wrapped in tissue paper, in a home-compostable garment bag (made from corn starch)

Trees 🌳 One tree planted for every jacket made to help offset our impact

Waterproof

Yep, properly waterproof, not just 'showerproof'.

Our jackets are rated 10,000mm waterproof, with all seams taped meaning they'll keep you dry in the pouring rain, not just a slight drizzle.

They're also rated 4,000mm breathable to ensure you won't sweat whilst you're staying dry.

Made to fit

We were sick of jackets that didn't fit our bust and hips, and knew we weren't the only ones having issues with fit.

So we designed a jacket that actually fits; with a slight A-line cut, just enough space across the shoulders and hips (without drowning in baggy fabric) and little adjusters at the hem if you need.

Over 30 post-consumer bottles recycled in every jacket ♻️

100% Recycled

Our jackets are made entirely from recycled fabric, made from post consumer recycled bottles that are Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified, ensuring your old water bottles get a second life.

Because we believe sustainability is an essential, rather than a nice to have.

Great all round coat

I love the Overland Waterproof Jacket, the length is ideal for dog walking in the rain and it really keeps the cold wind out. You can dress it up for a day out or keep it casual.

Love it!

I don't like rain but now I'm happier to be in it with this lovely jacket. The fit is fab, being able to cinch at the waist is a nice treat too. I'm 175cm tall so finding something long has been a struggle until now. Thank you Amble!

Absolutely fabulous jacket

The day after my jacket arrived I went away and it absolutely poured rain. The jacket kept me dry and warm. Best thing was it dried off almost immediately. It’s comfortable and light and looks great. Just ordered one for my Mum
